Great Meet Last Night!

Thanks to everyone for a great meet last night! It was awesome seeing the younger swimmers compete so well. I loved watching the older swimmers cheering them on and coaching them up. Let's keep it going into the next swim meet! A big thanks to all of our volunteers! We can't have swim meets without you!

Swim Meet on Thursday at Signal Mountain
Our next meet will be Thursday, June 9, at Signal Mountain. We will warm up at 5:30 PM. Competition will begin at 6:00 PM. We still have 17 families who have not confirmed if they will or will not be there. Please do so ASAP. If you do not enter the meet, we will not put you in it. I would hate for you to drive up to Signal Mountain and not be able to swim. Please enter today. Go to the Dalton Dolphins Website. Practices Today
It doesn't look like the weather is going to cooperate today. We will not have any swimming practices this evening. Bullet and Senior Groups will have weights at Hammond Creek Middle School 5:30-6:30 PM. We will try to have practices tomorrow, which leads me to a shameless plug about emails and texts. See the information below.

Helpful Communication Tools
Email - We will send emails from the TeamUnify and SwimTopia platforms. Hopefully, one will get to you. Please read the emails.
Text - I strongly encourage everyone to login into their TeamUnify (ccacswim.com) account and set up text messaging. We send urgent updates through the text messaging system. Learn how to set up text messaging HERE.

T-shirts
We will distribute team t-shirts to all swimmers at the Team Picture Night. In addition, parents can order their own shirts on our Team Portal. The shirts should be on the portal later this week.

Also, we have some leftover shirts from last year that we will be selling for $5. We will have the leftover shirts at practices beginning tomorrow.

Team Suits
If you haven't ordered a team suit and want one, you can order one from our Team Portal.

Ice Cream Social/Team Pictures
The Ice Cream Social is back! We haven't done this since 2019, so we are excited to bring a longtime tradition back to our season. We will post a sign-up sheet in the next week for families to bring their favorite ice cream and toppings. We will do individual and team pictures and then have a pool party. Mark your calendar for Monday, June 27 at the REC at 5:30 PM.

The order form for pictures can be found HERE. You can fill this out and give it to the photographer when you get your photo taken.

Registration Still Open
Spread the word! We are still taking new swimmers. They can schedule an evaluation by emailing me at [email protected] or calling 706-980-4080. Once they have been evaluated, they can register. Since we are halfway through the season, the registration price has been reduced to $185.
