Thank you to everyone for your support through the last several weeks. I know it has been challenging for everyone. I held off on Summer League and Swim Lesson information because I needed to figure out how this would play out. And Team Unify (our website and team management software) underwent a big back-end update. We still have some challenges. Getting younger (and possibly fearful) swimmers in the pool area without their parents for an evaluation or swim lessons is a hurdle we are trying to overcome. I am happy to inform everyone that registration is open for Dalton Dolphins, and we will begin letting the summer swimmers practice on Monday! You can find all of the summer league information HERE.

Dalton Dolphins Registration

Our current active members only need to do a couple of things to get ready for summer league. First, if you will not swim with Dalton Dolphins, let me know immediately. I want to avoid charging you the summer fee accidentally. We will automatically bill all current active CCAC members for summer league on June 1st. The summer fee is $50. That covers the insurance CASL requires of us, a t-shirt, and a swim cap. You will be billed for the GRPA meets and City Meet just like you are for the year-round meets.

Second, I need you to go to Home - Dalton Dolphins (swimtopia.com and register there. CASL requires us to use that site for registration with the league, meet entries, and score the meets. So please do that right away. I will have the meets open for sign-ups early next week.

Third, I may need to get a copy of your swimmer's birth certificate. Again... We had some get destroyed last summer in a mishap by the pool. I'll let you know if I need it.

Lastly, now that we know we can bring in the summer league swimmers, registration is open. Please help us get the word out. We will start posting information on our social media. Please share it. You are our best advertisement. We will be offering private swim lessons this summer beginning in late May. Registration for swim lessons will open next week.

Team Suit

We try to keep the team suit the same for two years. So we will have the same team suit as last year. Team suits are not required. Swim and Tri will be at DHS on Tuesday, May 9th, from 4:30-7:00 PM for a suit fitting. Or you can order from them at Swim and Tri: Everything for swimmers and triathletes!!

Swim Cap

We will hand out Dalton Dolphins caps at the first swim meet of the season. That way, we will at least have one meet where everyone has a team cap. You can buy extra latex caps for $5 and silicone caps for $15.

T-shirt

We will hand out t-shirts at the team picture night. We do this to ensure the entire team has the team shirt for the picture. There is always that one kid.
