As discussed in the parent meeting, the pool filter installation at DHS is behind schedule. They are currently projecting completion on June 7th. One of our parents has gotten us access to practice at the Elks Lodge this week. Thanks, Juan! We will swim at the Elks Lodge in the mornings and do dryland at DHS in the evenings this week.

City Council Meeting Monday, June 3rd

Some of our parents expressed an interest in attending Monday's City Council meeting regarding the lack of progress at the John Davis Recreation Center. The meeting will be at City Hall in the Council Chambers at 6:00 PM. We plan to have one person ask for an update on the progress at John Davis and let the council see that this project matters to the people of our community.
