City Meet Information

Directions

We will charge the entry fees to attendees' accounts on Friday. Entry fees are $40 per swimmer.

You can set up tents and chairs in the crash area beginning at 4:30 PM on Thursday. Crash Area Map

Be prepared for every possible weather condition. We've seen everything but snow. We recommend arriving early, as parking can be challenging. You can view the parking areas on the Crash Area Map.

City Meet is a preliminary/final meet. Swimmers in individual events who place in the top 16 advance to the finals. Relays that place in the top 8 advance to the finals. There are a few exceptions to be aware of. The 6 and under 25-yard Freestyle, 6 and under 25-yard Backstroke, 8 & under 100 IM, 8 & under 50-yard Freestyle, 9 & 10 50 Freestyle, and ALL 100 Freestyles are TIMED FINALS. That means swimmers will finish where they place in the preliminary sessions. Each team is allowed to advance two relay teams for each gender/age group to the finals. We are only allowed to advance one mixed relay per age group to the finals.

We expect swimmers who qualify for finals to attend. They will not score points for the team if they do not swim in the finals. However, if you cannot participate in the finals, please notify the coaches within thirty minutes of the announcement of the event results. But please make every effort to attend finals if your swimmer qualifies.
