This morning was our last practice of the season. We hope to see all of you when we start back in August or next Spring!

Warm-ups: 8:30-8:50 AM (Updated 12:20 PM 7/24)
Prelims Competition 9:00 AM-2:45 PM
Prelims Heat Sheet
Reminder: If there are 8 or less competitors in an individual or relay event, it will be a timed final event. If an event has 9 or more competitors, it will be prelim/finals. Top 8 finishers will qualify for finals on Saturday. Please double check with Coach Hamontree or Coach Joey. We will send the warm-ups and heat sheets for finals as soon as we recieve them.
