Please accept my apologies for the sparse communications in the last several weeks. Many of you know that my mother has been in and out of the hospital. There has hardly been a spare moment since March. Now that we are through the school year, I should have more time to devote to the administrative side of our team. I thank all of you for your patience.

Summer Schedule Begins Thursday, May 28th.

Dalton Dolphins Practice Meet Thursday, May 28th

We will have a practice meet on Thursday night. Warm-ups will start at 5:30 PM. Competition will begin at 6:00 PM. We will run through the full order of events. Please go to https://daltondolphins.swimtopia.com/ to let us know YOU WILL or WILL NOT attend the meet ASAP. The practice meet helps our newer families see how a swim meet works. It also allows our volunteers to learn the various positions needed to run a swim meet.

Betsy Dunbar Meet (CCAC Swimmers)

Our year-round swimmers who want to attend the Betsy Dunbar Long Course Meet need to sign up by 11:59 PM tonight.

First Dual Meet Monday, June 1st

Our first dual meet of the summer will be at The Rec on Monday night. We need everyone to go to https://daltondolphins.swimtopia.com/ and let us know if YOU WILL or WILL NOT attend the meet by 11:30 PM Thursday. While you are at it, please consider volunteering. We will warm up at 5:00 PM. Competition will begin at 6:00 PM.

The Rec pool is located at 904 Civic Drive, Dalton, Georgia 30721.

GEORGIA TACOS will be there cooking up their famous tacos and quesadillas!

Team Pictures and Ice Cream Social Thursday, June 4th

Tristar Visual Photography will be at DHS next Thursday for team pictures. They will also be available to take individual pictures. We will hand out this year's t-shirt that day. We will also have shirts available for purchase if any of our family members would like one. The cost for a t-shirt will be $15 for non-swimmers. We will have the Ice Cream Social after the team pictures. The pool will be open for swimmers to play in. Please sign up to bring ice cream, toppings, etc. at https://daltondolphins.swimtopia.com/
