Parent Meeting during warm-ups tonight!

We had a very close meet with Stuart Heights earlier in the month.  Everyone needs to be ready to race tonight! There could be some severe weather heading our way. Both teams have agreed to make a decision about the meet at 3:30 PM.  We will send out a communication at that time if the meet gets canceled.

We still need some place judges and timers for tonight.

Visiting teams may not access the pool deck until after 4:30pm to allow for the pool, swim board, and coaches to set up for the meet. Visitors will sit on the entry side of the pool or outside the fence. Chairs and shade tents are permitted as long they do not block walkways & egress. 

Parking (map attached):

STH pool is in the middle of a neighborhood. Please respect the community and park in designated locations. Carpooling is highly recommended. Parking is available in the “upper parking lot,” in the church lot next to the pool, and in designated off road parking. The “lower parking lot” is reserved for officials, coaches, handicapped parking and food trucks. You may not block the road, mailboxes or driveways of neighbors. Please be respectful of “no parking” signs. You will be towed/ticketed if not compliant.

We had about 25% of our team give us no indication if there were going to attend or not attend the meet tonight.  That significantly increases the amount of time it takes us to complete a lineup.  Please log in to Swimtopia and indicate if your swimmer(s) will or will not attend the meet by the deadline.  We understand people may not be able to attend a meet. But please help us by letting us know in a timely fashion.
